Everything! Very warm welcome, great accommodation, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast staff were so nice and friendly. We had an excellent one night stay at Craigatin House. Gary gave us a very warm welcome and a detailed and helpful check-in experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were encouraged to make use of the lounge with a cosy fire and complimentary whiskies during our stay. The room was very clean, well-decorated, comfortable and spacious, with a great selection of teas and coffee, and also wine glasses and a corkscrew. There are lovely views from room 9! Breakfast was very enjoyable, with prompt friendly service and many delicious options. The house is set a short walk away from Pitlochry town centre, and has a very peaceful setting with a lovely garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Many thanks to Gary and his team for a superb experience!

A truly wonderful experience. The comfy bed offered a great night's sleep. Gary, the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful. The Scottish breakfast was superb.
