This place is exquisite. It is clean, historic, quiet. The proximity to shops and restaurants is awesome. We only went to one of the attached restaurants, Poor Phil’s, but it’s is a must visit.

Everything was exactly as advertised. I stayed in one of the "motel rooms" which is off of a courtyard and was really quiet. My shower drain was a little slow but maintenence came out and fixed it as soon as i brought it to someones attention.

We arrived in Chicago early, and the hotel was willing to hold onto our luggage until check-in time so that we could explore the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and courteous. I appreciated the extra pillows and blanket in the closet. The hotel was quiet, and the attached pub is excellent. The location is great and conveniently located.

Had a great one night stay! The hotel is older but charming. The room was super clean but a little small. We did eat at one of the two attached restaurants and everything tasted good. Our server was really great. Only small concerns, the closest door stuck shut, the room was too warm, and it took some time to get hot water. The area near there is safe and modern. Would stay again!
