We had a lovely one night stay at the hotel. We made a good choice. Just minutes off the motorway and very easy to get to. Plenty of parking. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I can’t fault them at all. The bedroom was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I’d have liked an iron in the room if I was staying for more than one night. The food at dinner was delicious and breakfast is very good. All in all we had a fabulous stay and will intend to return, as well as recommending the hotel to friends and family.

We arrived at the hotel & a warm welcome. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. We were especially happy with there knowledge of gluten free foods. The food was in a word Fantastic & plenty choices! Good location a short distance from the motorway. Plenty of parking and a fuel station near junction to motorway. Staff are helpful and friendly. On line booking for restaurant was honoured. Nice rooms modern and well maintained with good size bathroom. Tea/coffee biscuits etc. Nice bar and a very busy restaurant. Menu was excellent and food good quality. Again breakfast menu was a nice change with fish options/haddock. Very good. The pricing was excellent and was good value. We had spent 2 weeks in Scotland on NC500 stayed in different hotels each night. This was stop off on the way back to West Wales and the best hotel of the whole trip.

This is a nice overall good hotel, the rooms are recently refurbished (although all the doors including in room and all corridors look like motorway service station motels). Nice comfy beds and hot powerful showers all at a reasonable price. TV’s are tiny but you can’t have everything. Nothing notable enough to remove a star The food, both dinner and breakfast was absolutely out of this world and a reason to visit on its own without the hotel, huge portions and really really excellent

The reception staff were excellent. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. Television was frustrating since none of the smart tv features worked, but live TV I finally figured how to access it. Food was good, not spectacular. Service was fast and very friendly. Breakfast was great - although the coffee wasn’t fresh in spite of my being the first guest in for breakfast.

Such a great place to stay for a couple of nights. The staff are excellent; friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, too. And our twin room was very comfortable - very comfy beds and excellent shower en-suite. Very nice touches in lots of ways. We ate dinner both nights and were very impressed with both the quality and quantity of the meals. We really hope we will have another visit!
