We loved our stay at the Reynolds Inn & Motel! The staff was friendly. Room was clean and had very comfy beds. Loved the little downtown area that was walkable from the motel. We would come back for sure!

The place is lovely but the blankets were scratchy and the room had a musty smell. I could not lock my room with the deadbolt. Nonetheless we’d go there again.

I liked it was clean, quiet, great service, easy parking I didn't like no dead bolt on the door. Only handle door lock, no pastries or tea. They had coffee, small cereal boxes and oatmeal packets. They advertised it with pastries, coffe and tea, the place is in need of repair.

best motel i've ever been to

so amazing, they were extremely understanding when we arrived around 1am after a concert and let us check out 3 hours later than usual!!! It was extremely clean and we had all we needed, everything down to the artwork on the walls was just perfect:) 1000/10 would come back!

We booked a room just to crash for the night on a road trip. Staff was helpful to leave our keys since we’d be arriving late at night after hours. Room was clean. The house is old so there are a lot of creaks, but very cute quick stay.

Enjoyed my quick stay here after a concert at Bethel Woods. Stayed in the main building which was quaint and quiet. Got there after hours but was able to speak with someone via phone who helped me get into my room. Enjoyed the snacks in the lobby and the convenient walk to Main Street for breakfast the following morning. There are no bells and whistles to this place but I'm low maintenance and enjoyed it especially for the price. Will stay here again if I’m in the area!

Our room (#8) was clean and cool upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable, and the hardwood floor was a nice (and surprising) touch. New furniture and the bathroom was updated with a decent shower. The room was quiet and we slept very well. When we arrived the staff person had stepped away but there was a phone number posted for help and our key was waiting on the mailbox along with our receipt. We did not see any staff during our one night stay and left the key in a Dropbox when leaving. It was a pleasant stay but felt strange not to have a staff person around.

Billed as dog friendly. When people in adjacent room made a lot of noise in the morning, my dog started barking. Neighbors in the next room pounded on our door to”shut up our dog”. It was super hostile and unpleasant . Would never stay there again

The hotel is fair. Not very up to date, it is clean, the room keys were left in the mailbox as stated but no staff at all in the hotel when we got there or in the morning when we left. “Breakfast” was some leftover packaged store bought cookies and I’m not sure if there was coffee because when I saw what “breakfast” consisted of, we left and went to the Roscoe Diner which is just a few feet away. Basically my husband and I needed a place to sleep for a few hours after a camp visit to our grandsons and then we went home the next day.

the facility was in dire need of repairs, not just update, repairs. porch was in poor condition. they have taken the opportunity to repair the facility but a long way to go. the bathroom was so small it was near impossible to accommodate an adult. the host were accommodating and friendly and made us welcome. all in all it met our needs and was convenient to where we needed to go.

Reynolds House -- do not stay

This was, by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in the United States. The house and superstructure are dilapidated at best and should be condemned at worst. No manager was available when we arrived, throughout our stay, OR when we checked out. Indeed, throughout our one night and one day stay, we saw no one who worked for this establishment. The room was dingy, appliances and bathroom amenities were unsafe and/ or nonexistent. Breakfast options seemed to have been picked for toddlers: pop tarts, cocoa puffs, and fruit loops. for someone with a gluten allergy, no options were available for me. It's hard to believe that I paid $180 to stay here overnight on a business trip. I actually believe I deserve a refund because it was so poorly represented online.

This place needs a major update! It is old, looks like the last time it was renovated with new mattresses, linens and bathroom amenties were in the 1950s. There is nobody overnight for oversight. The guests are responsible for the safety of the property by locking the front door themselves. I'd never stay here again.
