We were visiting family in Bristol for the holidays and used Founders Brook as our home base for five nights. The property is close to Portsmouth’s downtown area and a hop over the bridge to Bristol. We had some of the best sleep we’ve had in years and felt very at home. This is the fourth time we have stayed here and each time we notice improvements. Love the complimentary toiletries!!

The decor is nice, 2nd time here. Pleasant staff, easy check in / out. Called to inquire arrival time, which was nice. Only suggestion, turn heat on when you know someone’s coming. Room took 3 hours or so to really warm up due to location of heat. Worked great once room was warm. Otherwise GREAT!!
