laminate flooring in the room was dirty. Got to the breakfast 1 hour after it opened and there was no coffee, no milk, and the microwave didn't have the turntable to rotate our styrofoam bowl of oatmeal, it probably would have melted anyway. So we ended up at McDonald's. Parking lot was full but all the parking lot at the area hotels looked full. At least the bed was comfortable.

Property needs to be cleaned. Hallways were dirty. lobby was dirty, elevators had spilled sticky stuff that was not cleaned over night until checkout. Breakfast was terrible, only option was bagels and toast. Coffee was never refilled and Napkins were not to be found. Parking was limited and when I went in the back to park, there were people sleeping in their cards in the parking lot with blacked out plastic bags on their windows. The side doors were not locked and were wide open all day and all night. The only clean item was the room itself, room was renovated and housekeeping and cleaned it.
