Helpful staff, walkable location and accessible. Pleased that the hotel have daily room cleaning services, however the drainage/ bathroom stinks and smelly. Other than that it is a great value overall.

Das Hotel war groß und sauber. Die Lage war in Ordnung, etwa 15min zu Fuß von der Namba Station entfernt. Das Personal war leider nicht so zuvorkommend und freundlich wie in den anderen Hotels die wir in Japan hatten.

번화가에서 조금 떨어져있는 편 입니다. 하지만 룸이 굉장히 깨끗하고 프론트 직원들이 친절합니다. 1인실인데도 방이 생각보다 넓고 내부도 쾌적합니다. 근처의 이자카야와 음식점도 훌륭합니다. 재방문의사 있습니다. 아주 만족합니다:)
