Have stayed at the Savoy on Little Collins several times. Always a very pleasant experience and the location can’t be beat being right across the road from Southern Cross Station. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and lovely and quiet. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is available with a discount if purchased the evening prior to dining. The breakfast offers a wide selection of cold and hot options as well as fruit and cereal. Coffees and teas are self serve as are a selection of cold juices. Will definitely stay here again on my regular Melbourne visits. Highly recommend.

A perfect location for getting around by tram or train, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We did have an issue where the bed sheets were not changed on schedule (Not changed after 5 days when it should be every 3 days) and when we reported this and requested the bedding be changed the desk staff were indifferent and unapologetic.
