The little guy at the front desk went missing quite often. All of the ice machines did not work, so you have to go to the front desk and request it for it every single time. It's time consuming when the front desk staff is not there. This location is not a real Hyatt. They bought the building and put a banner with the name over the original name. Not bad, but they did not bother to renovate before doing so. Breakfast was fine every morning. All of the lady staff front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
