Bathroom sink not attached to counter. Towels look like someone used them to change the oil on their car. No kleenex in the space made for it. Toilet so filthy I wouldn't have my worst enemy use it. No continental breakfast that was supposed to be included in the room. I was told my passkey would open multiple rooms. As a woman traveling alone NOT OK. Broken smoke detector left in dresser drawer. Room had no microwave or fridge WHICH I PAID FOR. No elevator for second floor room and no baggage rack to borrow. Window curtains torn. NOT A SINGLE ICE MACHINE AVAILABLE "They're all being serviced, sorry" Why did they give me MOTEL 6 keys if it's a La Quinta? Front desk personnel out front working on their hoopty rather than being available for guests. Room doors and hallways had holes punched in them like a massive riot had occurred. Stains so bad on the carpets it looked like someone was murdered. TV didn't work. Need I say more?

Cuando llegamos no tenían registrada nuestra reservación, nos dijeron que la última reservacon que tenían era de 2 o 3 horas antes… Esperamos media hora y tratamos de entrara a la aplicación para cancelar pero no fue posible. El hotel tenía polvo y basura de varios días, tal ve de algunas semanas. Conclusión, decidimos irnos y cancelar pero no pudimos accesar a la aplicación de Hoteles.com para cancelar

The staff was wonderful minus the manager who is a tall black male he should be fired. Multiple times I had issues with him from him not having the payment even though I paid and booked with hotels.com he tried to barge into the room without even knocking and then tell me while yelling that it was time to check out. Unlike the other front desk lady Ruby who is very helpful he didn't keep the same price and changed it up on me because it was the weekend and I had to end up paying more than I did on the previous week that I had booked at La Quinta. I went downstairs to eat breakfast 2 minutes after the end of the breakfast period wow a dozen people were down there eating and what not he told me I couldn't get a bowl of cereal even though there was other gas making waffles and whatnot and this is at 1:00 p.m. yesterday halfway through my trip.

The room was a tad rough. There was graffiti on the walls in the bedroom in a few random spots. The phone had no cord at all, and most things aren’t plugged in at all. Hotel had somewhat of a laced view on doors working or even being setup for the key card to keep others out of the building. I don’t believe I’d stay here again, nor would I suggest it to people traveling through the city. With its location to Old Mesilla, you’d think it would’ve been kept up a bit nicer.

This hotel was the worst. Dirty throughout, minimal breakfast poorly served by a surly staff member, scalding hot shower than was not adjustable, broken thermostadt in the room, etc. I felt unsafe with pandhandlers in the parking lot. It was cheap, but if I had known I definitely wouldn't have stayed here.
