The room was tagged with graffiti on the walls, tables, counter tops in the bathroom, and even the microwave. The bathroom was even worse the toilet had urine and wadded up toilet paper in it. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The was old used soap bars left at the bottom of the tub that were stuck to the bottom. The whole hotel smelled of old mildew and smoke.

The first room we where placed in, looked to have been broken into, had a screw in the door frame to keep the door from swinging out. The AC blow hot air only and the window was wind open when we walked in, and did not lock closed. The room was filthy and smelled really bad. After 5 hours and lots of debating, they did move us to a room with working AC and that had been cleaned at least. There was no breakfast service during our stay at all. The coffee was burnt and cold every morning. The TVs did not work in either room. The out side of the place needs major repairs done and the homeless people in the hallways need to be removed, as well as all the outside door locks need to be in working order as well.

Cuando llegamos no tenían registrada nuestra reservación, nos dijeron que la última reservacon que tenían era de 2 o 3 horas antes… Esperamos media hora y tratamos de entrara a la aplicación para cancelar pero no fue posible. This location was filthy. The bed had stains on sheets and pillow cases. There was little spots of mold in the bathtub under the soap holder. The slide lock for the door was not lined up (the door side was at eye level and the wall side at hip level) and when our key stopped working (this happened every day) they gave us a master key I believe because while they asked the room number they just grabbed a key from a pile without coding it. The staff was nice but the property was filthy. We checked in late Thursday and the first time a housekeeper came to the room was Saturday evening at 5pm. I will not stay here again. Had we had the money and no pre booked we would have gone to a different hotel.
