The hotel was very clean, modern, and quiet. The only complaint is very poor communication skills of the staff at the front desk. Upon check-in, the female employee was very robotic, impersonal, and indifferent in her attitude. She did not make any effort at all to be cordial during the entire check-in process. After my check-in, I needed to retrieve another bag from my vehicle, and I found her standing outside the front entrance smoking a cigarette.

No utensils to cook with. Minimal paper cups. Bed was horribly stiff. Both my husband and I woke up in the middle of the night in severe pain. His lower back and ribs, my neck and shoulder. Pillows are worthless. They go flat where your head is giving no support. Otherwise the room was great. Clean. Very quiet. Great location. Safe area.
