Everything about our stay was excellent- most of all was the professionalism care and support demonstrated by Clarence at the Reception Desk - we only wish he was in the UK as wouldn’t hesitate to employ him. The rooms were nice. Beds were comfy. Lobby was great. Staff were all helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that while the lobby and entrance looked spectacular, I wish they had spent a bit more on upgrading the bathroom in the rooms. They certainly need a face lift.

The staff was great. I forgot toothpaste and was delighted to get some at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had good food. The shuttle to my office was clutch as it was really cold that day. As long as that security deposit doesn’t show up on my bill i will have no complaints.
