The room at the Antlers was spotless. Very comfortable beds. The view of the mountains was wonderful. The staff was quite helpful and kind, always with a smile. The parking below street level was interesting to navigate but quite useful. Also you are walking distance to just about anything you would need, or want to eat. Great place to stay. Bartender Sara was amazing, handling a full load of customers with grace and ease. Tony and all front desk staff we're very helpful and efficient. MmPlenty of outlets, storage was good, plenty of table and desk space. Hotel is dated but managed efficiently. Room was surprisingly large for an older hotel. Not five-star luxury but good value for the price.

Room was clean and food at restaurant was good. The bed was also comfortable. However only 1/3 elevators were working and the ac in our room did not work. It was a very busy night due to a concert so one elevator was very inconvenient and the waits were long. They did offer to switch our room but it was late and we were unloaded and tired so that was inconvenient. We also found a 1/2 drank bottle of liquor in one room by tv stand so unsure how deep cleaned it was. Would not stay again.

I liked that the indoor pool was 24 hours however the hot tub was under maintenance and looks very old. Our room could never get cool even with the AC on all night. It was hot and uncomfortable. The game room was a nice feature for the kids. All in all, there were some great things about this hotel and some not so great things. The location is great but the hotel didn't appear to be maintained very well. And you have to pay for parking.
