The room was ok, spacious and good to accommodate 5 people for a couple of nights, but definitely old. Beds were comfortable and pillows are of good quality. Cleanness was subpar, especially bathroom. Bedsheets and pillows for the sofa bed were missing when we arrived. There was no room service during the four days we stayed there, however I noticed the shower gel was replenished during our stay.

They should really have breakfast. The tub had a slow drain so when I showered I was standing in water. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the balcony too. Although I don’t believe it actually locked because I couldn’t figure out how to lock it once I opened it. I used the fitness room and the pool, loved them both. We had a great stay and would stay again.

This hotel is a good value. I was just passing through Kansas City, but it had more than I expected for the price. The staff were great, the area around it is ok, but be on the lookout after dark. One bigger dog was loose from a house chasing rodents, I’m a dog lover, but I’m not sure how it would react to hotel guests, even though it’s not their territory.
