Beautiful Hotel. But be aware of the noise from the pool party on the 5 floor. Rooms are beautiful and nice, unfortunately the pool was so cold so we didn’t use it at all. They said they could heat it, but when we asked for getting it heated, they told us it was not possible. So if you come in the cold period, save yourself the pool, unless you like cold water. :)

The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was on good shape, and the private pools are especially nice for a couple retreat. The staff was very friendly and attended, tried to help and assist in everything, super fast and proficient. The pool was a little dirty so we were upgraded and the room was great. The hotel itself has anything you need, from transportation to household and other services . The hotels main pool was also nice and the staff always check every visitors to make sure you are safe. The only downside is the distance from the main part of dubai
