This was the first time solo travelling for a while and first time to Rotterdam. I’d read some infavourable reviews before I travelled and was a bit nervous but I chose the hotel because of the location. As soon as I arrived late at night I was greatex a warm and in iting reception bar area with 5 attentive staff who couldn’t have made me feel more welcome! The room was quiet super clean with lovely bedding! Coffee machine and tea provided and ample hanging space. From that moment on the staff couldn’t do enough to mKe me feel welcome. Loan of an umbrella and some sweet treats after coming back in the evening (after I asked if there was any chocolate!) The hotel is right next door to the Museum Park and across the road from Witte de Withstraat - full of restaurents, bars and arts and cultural venues. Super friendly staff and a 10 min wlk from Central Station. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Fantastic stay with a view

Spent more than I normally would to upgrade to an Executive Room and definitely didn’t regret it. There was a massive amount of space and it was great to have a bath as well as a shower. Also really helpful to have a UK socket as well as a USB (I’d seen other reviews saying there were only European sockets - there were plenty of those too!) The highlight of the room was definitely the stunning view over Rotterdam. It was great to just sit and watch as the city woke up. The hotel is also very convenient and is right next to the metro line going to the beach at Hoek van Holland. Short walk to central station. Also really liked the option of self service check in and out.

Hotel’s location was very good ,12 minutes walk to central station. It is also very close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. The furthest place I walked was 30 minutes away I mean the tourist destinations. The room was very comfortable,only thing was the coffee machine didn’t work but no problem I got it from the lobby.so I was happy

It is amazing that we can do check in by ourselves. They have someone knock at our door to give us a coupon for discount at the restaurant. The building is nice. Staffs are very friendly to offer help.

Breakfast was very good but quality of staff at breakfast was extremely poor, no one spoke Dutch and even quality of English was not good. At a certain point waiter dropped bread on the ground took it with his hands and went back to put it on the buffet. During our 4 nights stay room was only cleaned once. Room was nice and spacious but the bed was small and not comfortable.
