This motel was recently renovated and is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. The motel is in a convenient location and parking is free. A free, cooked to order, delicious breakfast is included and provided in the adjacent restaurant. we will definitely stay here the next time we are in the Alamo area and visit the great Sand dunes.

You cannot do better for the price! CLEAN: The motel was very clean and well kept. CONVENIENT: Located within walking distance of great restaurants and things to do. QUIET: We didn't hear a peep from any of our neighbors. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The staff was very friendly and helpful. BREAKFAST: The free breakfast is incredible. You receive a voucher for every registered guest in your room and exchange the vouchers at the attached café. It's real breakfast cooked to order and you can even take it to go. The only downside was that when you stay multiple days housekeeping only comes around every other day. In our case, they didn't come around at all and we had to track someone down for clean towels and trash bags. Even so, we will 100% be staying here again and I HIGHLY recommend this motel with zero hesitation.
