The staff were very kind; shuttle service was prompt and no hassle and whoever brought our room service was nice. We stayed on a Sunday night and for the classiness of the hotel the prices were amazingly low! The room was clean, had a large shower with high quality toiletries. This hotel makes me want to visit Madison more often just to stay in affordable luxury- wouldn’t even have to leave the property!
