Lovely hotel, did ask to move on arrival as the lift mechanism could be heard in the room every time the loft was called. Once moved we were in a nice quiet room with good facilities and a nice view over the pool.

There were ants in my room which made me feel very unsteady and tons of rust spots everywhere. Also online sit said the parking is paid for but when you go inside and check in they add 30$ for it while on hotels.com it says it comes with parking

We enjoyed the food in the restaurant area. We were on time for our check in but couldn't get checked in at 3pm as reserved. We had to wait and got checked in almost an hour later. We had driven 5.5 hours to the hotel so of course we were eager to relax. Room service is every other day, not everyday, so you have to ask for fresh towels and linen if you need it before then. Overall the stay was nice, peaceful and the staff was helpful whenever we asked for anything.

We arrived early and we were able to lock up our bags and have a great meal and use of the pool, which was real cold. This hotel is very close to everything and quiet, pillows were awful other than that it was a great place to stay. I would love to come back!

The room they gave us, the door was already open, the ac unit did not work. It was very humid inside the room when we got there. We told the front desk and they gave us another room, that room was also very humid. The ac unit still did not work. And the elevator was very janky, we felt like it was going to breakdown on us.
