The room was a HUGE disappointment. A "Double Room" means a tiny single bed and a tiny single pull-out couch, which was never mentioned until we checked in. The shower was also pathetic, while it looked beautiful, it had ZERO possibility to be adjusted in ANY way. Literally, NOTHING except for the water temperature could be moved or changed. I have never seen a nicer looking shower that was less functional. I was also overcharged, without being informed. It was only 4 euros, but still a contract is a contract and I felt taken advantage of. The hotel is very nice, the staff are very nice, but the rooms themselves are incredibly poorly designed.
