The room was clean. The property was centrally located and very affordable. I stayed during the off-season and the entire place to myself. The hotel offers beautiful views of Winnisquam Lake. It was great to watch the sunrise over the mountains in the morning.

Our king size room view of the lake was spacoius and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. After we checked on we made ourselves coffee downstairs amd sat on the front deck with patio tables and chairs. Only stayed one night like alot of people. Very close to Bank of Pavillion.

If you just need a bed to sleep in this is a decent spot. The breakfast bar had a broken waffle maker, overflowing trash, and no spoons. There was work going on outside, so the attendant wasn't always there, so it might have just been an off weekend. But the bed was clean and the price was decent.

The picture of this place is not what it is. The place is not in great condition. The breakfast that was included with the room price consisted of old fruit and stale bread. We did not eat there. The room was very basic. No glasses for drinking water in the room. The tv did not work. The stairs leading from the office to our room was ready to fall down. This place should not be called an Inn. It is a motel with 2 floors. Finally it was way over priced for this type of place.

The location of the inn is absolutely gorgeous right across from the lake. Besides that, the room was not super clean and we had an issue with spiders in our room. The front door didn’t lock correctly. We stayed for 2 days and no one ever came to give us fresh towels or check in to clean. It wasn’t completely terrible but I doubt I’d stay there again with so many other options close by.

Continental breakfast was a dirty waffle maker, 2 open bowls of cereal and 3 juice pouches. Coolers were empty, no pastries, no fruit, no juices and the area was extremely dirty. The hotel advertised free bottled water but actually it was a water cooler.

Not what the pictures show. The bathroom was so bad we didn’t even shower. The tub had stains in it and the vanity was even connected. The A/c unit was loud and the bedding had a bad odor. Will not stay there again.

I will absolutely never stay here again, it was absolutely disgusting and so disappointing. I had stayed here one of other time and knew that it was outdated, but at least at that time it was clean. This was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in! There was hair, long black hairs embedded into the towels and most of them had yellow stains on them.

Do not recommend

Staff was often not in the office.. Rickety stairs. Room was not clean - lots of house spiders and stained comforter. Door did not have a deadbolt - only lock was the main lock which kept clicking as people went by. Bathroom was dirty with stains on wall and floor. Breakfast area was dirty with burning waffle pieces in the iron. We slept little and couldn’t wait to leave.

Great location. It was clean and quiet. The door locked but the deadbolt didn’t throw. There was no light in the kitchenette area. The only reason we had to use that area was because the bathroom sink had no counter space. The kitchenette sink and the bathroom tub leaked. The tub drained slow partly because the drain stopper was broken and the drain was clogged. The bathroom fan sounded like an outboard motor. The tv was I don’t know what and the channels stumbled through their paces before announcing that the mystery channel wasn’t available. But it was clean and quiet.

Didn’t look the room had been cleaned for some time the sheets where dirty slept with my clothes on someone kept trying to get into my room at 4 am could hear them pacing outside my door never going back
