One of the cleanest B&B Hotels i’ve stayed in. In typical B&B fashion, the pillows are criminally bad. Hotel was modern and seemed very new. Staff was great!

Booked wrong B&B .. this is way out of city. Both Expedia agent and us tried to explain to property manager the situation but they refused to accept. We have to let it go because the location is so inconvenient . Highly recommend stay away from this place. We have booked so many trips through Expedia but this was horrible experience

The room is comparable to truck stop motel in the US, at three times the price. By European standards, maybe OK. Everything is tiny. Only one power outlet per room. We checked out and lost a third night even though thy didn't issue a refund.

여행중 잠시 들려가는 숙소로 골랐는데...주차장도 넓고 무인체크인 시스템도 매우 편리했음! 대부분 여행중 잠시 하룻밤 자러 거쳐가는 이용자들이 많은거같다. 군더더기 없이 딱 필요한것들만 간단히 갖춰진 숙소지만 우리의 needs에 충분히 부합하는 숙소라 마음에 들었다!

Everything was normal at all. I checked in by myself. If you are a solo traveler or just not by your own car, you will be surprised how far hotel is from the central part of the city. The rest was fine.

Hotel eigentlich ganz in Ordnung. Leider spät am Abend der Anreise (Aufenthalt für 1 Nacht) bemerkt, dass die Halterung des Duschkopfs völlig kaputt war und nicht mehr in normalen Positionen einrasten konnte. Normales Duschen unmöglich im Bad unseres Familienzimmers. Schade.

Completely unapologetic about having BLACK MOULD in their rooms, which Is a toxic health hazard and extremely rude. Never again. They then claim."you can call our emergency number" which is not true. Enttäuschender Kundenservice Ich hatte eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice dieses Hotels und Hotels.com Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Obwohl ich bereits vor drei Wochen mitgeteilt habe, dass ich meine Reisepläne ändern musste und nicht im Hotel übernachten kann, hat das Hotel keinerlei Unterstützung angeboten. Trotz meiner frühzeitigen Kontaktaufnahme wurde mir weder eine Stornierung ermöglicht noch irgendeine Form von Kulanz gezeigt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht auch von der Hotels.com-App und dem Kundenservice. Es ist nahezu unmöglich, mit einem echten Mitarbeiter zu sprechen, da man ständig nur mit einem Computer kommunizieren muss. Die automatisierten Antworten sind nutzlos und helfen bei spezifischen Problemen überhaupt nicht weiter.
