2/10 Poor

We got to the check in early and there was no one there. I was told to leave luggage in reception without anyone locking it in until I argued with lady on phone and she allowed us to leave the luggage in our room which was not made up yet. The area in front is an abandoned building and then construction zone next to it. The rest of stay was good and breakfast was good as Violeta was responsive to my messages. Room ample enough bathroom a but small though.

Our stay at Naca was very pleasant. The super high beautiful ceiling, a lot of air, great breakfast, very attentive staff, coffee machine, welcome prosecco, walking distance to Duomo and restaurants. The downside was a construction at the piazza in front of the building. Saturday and Sunday were fine, thanks to construction workers taking a break.

8/10 Very good

The room was excellent. Directions made it very easy to find. The bed was super comfy. We were within walking distance of everything. I would highly recommend getting some sort of nonslip mats for the shower as it got very slippery with the soap. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

This space was exactly as advertised - beautiful, elegant, luxurious, and a great location to restaurants and nightlife - but still quiet and secluded. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone!

The property was situated in the heart of Catania in a convenient walkable location . The room was a traditional building and we enjoyed during our stay of two nights . The breakfast service was cute as they brought a breakfast cart into your room .

An amazing location and property. It's a converted old building with an amazing door (if you have been here you will understand). The staff were so friendly and kind. Absolutely loved our stay. Location is walking distance to centre and is surrounded by some amazing restaurants. I really recommend staying here.

The ceilings are incredibly high! I had two balconies and a jetted tub in my room…a lovely comfortable bed and a huge (if mostly breads) breakfast. Parking would be a challenge in this area, but it’s easily walkable as it’s just outside of the busy part of the city center.
