We ended up not staying at the hotel because the first room they gave us was extremely dirty with vomit on the side of the bed! The second room looked as if someone had already sleeped in the bed! The sheets were pulled back drawers were open. The worst thing was there were prostitutes outside the hotel! This was unacceptable!!!

I really liked this cute hotel in the heart of Lakewood, just a short drive to Downtown Cleveland where I was attending an event. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a continental breakfast buffet which was great. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Not at all as pictured on Hotels.com. They used very, very old photos from how the hotel once was. We did not stay. We are asking for our money back. It is dirty, with broken beds and unsecure doir locks.

Booked based on photos and app reviews. Wish I had read google reviews before arriving and checking in. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the location was convenient. Otherwise, would not recommend. The property is run down and dirty. Our room had huge unpainted plaster patches on the walls and stains on the ceiling. The TV showed one local station. Despite advertising breakfast available, we only saw coffee. Pictures in the ads are very misleading.

Definitely a nice neighborhood area around it? That's why I was surprised that the hotel seemed kind of run down. dont stay here. this place is gross, the pictures are probably from 10 years ago. the girl at the front desk clearly doesnt want to be there and is vert curt, the countertop was sticky, the floors were sticky and dirty, the bathtub had literal dirt all over the bottom, the bed was uncomfrotable, the pillows were lumpy, the place has clearly not been upkept and the parking lot was ful of huge potholes. place smelled of frat house in the 70s. overall a really bad experience and not impressed for the price even if it was under $100. spend the extra 30 bucks and stay somewhere else

The hotel of horrors. Robbed of $700

In what world is this hotel okay to host guests. It’s filthy, falling apart and terrifying. We checked in, went to a concert and when we returned, we packed up and left. We only spent maybe 30 minutes in there and could not stand it. The entire time that we were at the concert we were worried that our room would be robbed. One bed was broken. Stains everywhere. One stain on the wall looked like blood. The room was an inferno. The AC barely worked. The safety lock was broken. When we arrived there was a woman that we think works there. She had no shoes on and was wearing pajamas. We spent a fortune on this hotel of horrors and couldn’t even last an hour. Shame on you Days Inn and Hotels.com

Would not recommend this property to anyone. There's peeling paint in the room, the furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced, the security clasp on the door was missing the mating hardware, the towel holder in the bathroom was rusty, the sink stopper didn't work, and the bathtub was dirty with trash in the drain. On the upside, the heater in the room worked well and there was hot water!

First room I was in (room 101) I found a Live bed bug on the bed! (I have a photo) was moved to another room only to see holes in the wall, detached toilet seat, and no hot water. The service was great! Just wish the place was in better condition
