The room was NOT in good condition nor was the condition of air quality. Smoke detector missing just wires hanging from the ceiling. Toilet in need of repair you could hear the toilet repeatedly filling. The staff was good. I just wanted a place to sleep so I didn’t complain to the staff.

Room could have been cleaner, breakfast was a joke. Morning lady was rude and not helpful, too busy talking to a guy that was a local about drama. Evening guy was nice and switched us to a non-smoking room when i accidentally booked smoking and after my stay the hotel did refund me through Expedia for me accidently booking the wrong weekend when they have a no refund policy.

Woodland atmospher

The Hotel is surrounded by Woods. Very Nice in the eveneing to hear the outdour life. Hotel Looked like it was under renovation,some construction and maintenance. but they kept it out of the way of the guests. Staff was very friendly and Courteous, had a Nice Recliner in the bedroom. Clean room. Close to down town Boonville, and tourist attractions.

I’ll begin with what was good. The staff (a family) I’ll guess live on the property. You know this because right across from the room I stayed in, you can smell the pungent spices of Indian food being made. That in and of itself had me concerned. I’ve no doubt there’s a stove in that room — I’d consider a fire waiting to happen that no one from the city is aware of. Other good things: - The common areas are clean. - The hotel is quiet. What was unacceptable: - Air conditioning does NOT work. Certainly not in room 330. - There was tissue shoved into the door peep hole. - The overhead light is missing a light and tissue was shoved up in there. - The vent in the bathroom is missing its cover, exposing dust and grime. - There’s black mold behind the toilet and above the shower. - The sheets were disgusting, dingy. I slept on top of the bed for fear of bed bugs. - There’s a recliner in the room that was both broken and filthy! - The floors sink in at certain places and cracked. Absolutely disgusting!

We got there late but nice comfortable beds waiting on us. Front desk attendants were very pleasant. Housekeeping was very pleasant even when I asked them for things. The only down side was they were working on the pool. The kids enjoyed their stay. That's the main thing.

By far the most disgusting place I've ever been to. Avoid this joke of a business at all costs... Place looked like a trap house, and smelled horrible inside. Trash everywhere, dirty rooms, the bed looked like someone had already slept in it. Pool looked like it had been abandoned years ago but still half full of swamp water... Staff was nice enough though ....

The breakfast was just waffles. The bedding had stains on it and the refrigerator did not work. I was not informed there was a boil order for the water until I went to a place to eat supper. This establishment is nothing like it is advertised. The staff was hard to understand and not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay.
