Could not program the air conditioning as it appears set to cold and not heat based on the time of year. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was not very warm. The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Conversing in English was a bit of challenge but we make it work. However for a budget hotel it felt expensive. The restroom was really small! Even planes have bigger toilets.

The Ibis Budget in Santiago has an amazing location. You can walk to the public transportation, restaurants and also some attractions. Dont expect much from the rooms but it was perfect for our trip. Spend most days outside and come back to the hotel just to take a shower ( which by the way was awesome )and sleep.
