Recommend Hotel Taparendo very highly. Fransisco was there all the time. Breakfast was good and on late. Coffee was good. Roof top pool and lounging areas, sunny and shaded, were good with baños nearby. We had the “quad” room which was one single, and 2 doubles. The other rooms all had at least one double bed. A nice sized clean room. The breakfast was buffet style. Eggs were served in different styles daily. Plenty of choices for most people. Walking distance to both the ADO bus and Centro. Plenty of outdoor areas. Lots of table and chairs and loungers. The pool was too cold for me but the weather had been cool so maybe on a warmer day. Lake access was only a few hundred meters away at a free pier by the Eco Parque entrance.
