The staff was helpful and prompt when we needed things. It is an older hotel but the staff seems to take good care of it and want to be friendly and attentive. There is restaurants within walking distance and things to do nearby. Near the south and north entrance to I-5 which made it a quick trip to Disneyland. There was a security guard that walked the property which made it feel safe. Worth the money.

I tried to call the hotel ahead of time to ask about the pool and spa- it turns out, whoever answers their phone isn’t on-site, so can’t answer that question. I kept my fingers crossed and got to the inn- the spa was closed. My 9 y.o. Son went into the pool and found poop inside of it. Absolutely disgusting. No apology from staff, just like they expected the poop to be inside of the pool. Also, stained sheets on the bed. Not clean at all. Wouldn’t recommend

The night time security guard put a 24hr notice on my car because I forgot to put the parking pass on my dash. However with the amount of sketchy individuals roaming the property, I am thankful that they did have an onsite security guard. I was impressed with the room and it's amenities.
