The rooms are huge, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Access to the rooms was so easy and there is plenty of parking close to the rooms. Our room was great! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding. Room was clean and quiet. We ate at the breakfast, and it was very good with many options. Pool and hot tub clean. Outdoor grill area was very nice and covered from the AZ sun. We did not use the exercise room. Parking was never a problem and we were always able to park near the entrance to our room. We will definitely stay again.

I have to travel to Arizona often, and this is a reasonably priced option for long-term stays. The staff is delightful. I love the fact that they have a laundry room that's 24 hours. Breakfast is included. They have all sorts of an amenities that you would expect at more expensive hotel chains. The location of this Sonesta is ideal because you're within walking distance to virtually everything you need from groceries to bars and restaurants, to drugstores, etc..

The desk staff was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Both bathroom faucets were extremely difficult to turn on and the water never got hot, barely luke warm. Kitchen water also did not get HOT. Couch was terribly uncomfortable. No control of a/c temp, we were cold when watching TV and had to cover up with a blanket.
