We checked in after 2am and the check in process was quick and easy. The hotel and room was a bit dated, however, the bed was very comfortable and our room was visibly clean. We would stay there again.

We arrived after midnight and our reservation ended up as the following day. I had made the reservation just passed midnight. The front desk was super nice and fixed it right away so check in was a breeze. The room was clean and had the most comfortable bed and pillows. I slept very comfortably. Breakfast was great! It was a pretty standard continental breakfast but delicious with plenty of food. The shower was really good and had enough pressure for us. The pool was clean and we enjoyed ourselves. Overall, the next time we're in Lincoln we will be staying there.

We canceled our reservation due to a completely unacceptable dog fee. They wanted $75.00 for the pet charge. We received a cancellation letter number 544295266. That charge should be denoted on the hotels.com website. Please reverse the room charge of $98.68 for our non-stay dated June 1, 2025.

It was a nice hotel unfortunately the hot tub was shut down for repair. Room was fine and clean. Front desk was friendly. Hallways and elevator showed there age.

Our room was infested with ants. We had a king with pullout couch. They had no bedding in the room for the pullout and when they came with it after we called down they didn’t bring pillows or blanket. They ran out of bath and pool towels for 2 days! The bed was so uncomfortable my husband woke up with back ache and I had sore hips We won’t be back.
