Staff was EXCELLENT! They are very helpful. Max went above and beyond with giving us information upon our arrival. Location was perfect for our travels, walking distance to shopping and not a far walk at all to St. Mark’s square. Loved the room, it was a single full size bed, it was perfect for the both of us. The hotel is located really close to St. Mark Square. It’s next to high-end shopping and restaurants. Quick walk to water bus terminal. Breakfast was basic but the service was great. The staff is excellent and very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
