We stayed for 10 nights this July on the top floor in the room with the hot tub. The stay was excellent, the welcome was warm, everything was very clean, the facilities were great and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It would have been nice to have a lift, but our luggage was brought up and down the stairs for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here! Room was very nice and areas were clean. Staff were all extremely friendly. We booked the room with a hot tub and balcony, we loved spending our evenings in the hot tub! Our time in Seven Sea has been excellent! The room was super clean and modern, very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is just a short walk away from the old town and the port, amazing location to experience everything Split has to offer. The breakfast every morning was also delicious, with eggs, bacon, milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, etc. Really an amazing experience highly recommend!

Great stay here in October - the place was clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast was so handy - plenty of options and a nice seating area. Seven Seas Residence is a gem of a hotel. Lara who greeted us on arrival was friendly and very helpful. We arrived before our agreed check in time but were shown to our rooms within minutes. Our room was much nicer than we expected - clean with lots of room and a well equipped bathroom. We would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Split.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room and lobby areas very clean and spacious. It had a safe and a mini fridge. Also had a balcony and it was in quiet area The bathroom was a very nice size and very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and they kept replenishing it. 10-15 min safe walk into the old town, and about 15-20 to the ferries. It was great to have private parking (additional fee) and not have to worry about it. Several restaurants in the immediate area if you don’t want to go into the old town. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, Clean and Highly Recommended

It was a real treat to stay at this apartment. 12 minute walk from the Diocletian Palace. Quiet. Spacious enough for 3 adults. Very clean. Amazing bathroom. Fridge in the room. Bottled water provided.Towels replaced and beds made daily. A full hot and cold breakfast was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning controlled in the room. The staff was very helpful.The only issue was the sofa bed, placed under the air conditioner and more suitable for a child than an adult.

New property, walking distance from the centre of the old town. They have parking and an EV charger which was a fantastic convenience - I was able to charge overnight and be ready to continue my road trip down the Jadranska Magistrala the next day.
