Polite staff. Very nicely done out lobby and bar area. Rooms were tight but clean and modern. I had a great sleep as the curtains were so thick that it was still dark at 10am. The lift didn't work on day one, but it was fixed the next day. Very handy to have the shopping centre and food court next door!

Good value for money

When looking we found Porto hotels to be a little more than we were anticipating, but then we stumbled across this little find and it was perfect for what we needed. Comfort, comfortable rooms, nice staff, and good breakfast spread. The area definitely felt like a business district so wouldn’t stay here if you’re trying to be in the center of Porto, but good value for money overall.

For a 3-star hotel, the experience was far from acceptable. The room was extremely small, with no space to move in the bathroom. It was also dusty, making it feel unclean. Basic furniture like a table, chair, or nightstands was missing, which added to the inconvenience. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly, lacking any sense of kindness or hospitality. Overall, a disappointing stay that did not meet expectations. Would not recommend.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo ao metrô Casa da Música. Com boas opções para mercado e para comer! Uma dica de quem vai para o Porto pela primeira vez, fiquem atentos na hora de utilizar o metrô, o bilhete do metrô é individual não pode comprar 1 e compartilhar com outra pessoa!
