Elevator button is broken. Breakfast was a bit lacking (no fresh fruit or yogurt) but some items were available so that’s good. Check in was problem free. Room was trashed, random glove & blanket on ground, bed unmade, shampoo, conditioner and soaps left in both the tub and sink, and window broken. Was given a second room due to its uncleanliness. Second room reeked of smoke and chemicals, toilet wouldn’t flush, sink wouldn’t drain. Then, a drugged individual was wondering aimlessly in the hotel lobby, hallways and back entrance. Was attempting to climb walls, was kicking things, throwing his body around, and the hotel staff did not kick him out. Come to find out, it was not a hotel guest, it was someone from the gas station next door. Back door does not require key card to enter although it says you do. We felt extremely unsafe, disgusted, and regretted even choosing to stay here. We did not stay the night, we did not stay ANY of our nights we booked & paid for there. There’s a chance I’m not even getting a full refund, which is insane. I will never stay here again, and I urge you to avoid it at all costs. The morning manager was the only helpful staff. We spent less then in hour in our room before leaving around midnight to find a different hotel.
