The bed was comfortable, shower hot and the room clean. But the tub could gave been cleaner and the soap dish fell off before we got the room. Could have fixed that before releasing the room to us. There was no bathroom fan so it got humid after showers. Breakfast was okay but could have had healthier options like better quality yogurt, boiled eggs and more fruit. Lastly, missed the entrance twice when arriving since Quality Inn sign was never illuminated.

LOW Quality Inn

By dar tge worst run Quality Inn ive ever stayed at. While the location next to the river walk and downtown was great, the management and maintenance was terrible. There was mold in the refrigerator, light fixture in bath was out, hinge to bath door was off and rust stained floor. The building smelled of smoke and strong kitchen odors. The complimentary breakfast was a chioce of 2 cold cereals or waffle. No breads, muffins, juice or other items any "good" Quality Inn would provide. We ended up going out for breakfast. The hilite was a homeless persons car being towed from the parking lot.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. The two at the front desk that run it are extremely rude and not easy to work with at all. Luckily I booked it through hotels who took care of me cause the hotel did not. I would have been so screwed if I booked with them directly.

Hallways hadn’t be vacuumed in weeks, waited 1.5 days for towels, beds had cig burn holes, bathroom faucet lose, linens looked like someone slept in them, people renting rooms to homeless, all hallway light fixtures filled with dead bugs, some hallway light out, stairwell & hallway walls need cleaning and paint! Totally disgusting place!
