An oasis in the busy-ness of Laredo. The location, great. The facility, has everything you need. The staff, this is where this place SHINES. They care, they go the extra mile, and they embody hospitality. From Richard and Maria at the front desk, to Horacio the shuttle driver, to the friendly cleaning crew. This is the ONLY place my family and I stay when traveling through. 5 stars!

The slogan of this place: Your home away from home. Could not be more true. The staff here is truly special. From Maria and Richard at the front desk, to Horacio the shuttle driver, and to all the others whose names I have not yet learned - well done! The garden building is very special - like staying in a garden. So peaceful. There are many other places to stay in Laredo, but my family and I stayed here once, and have never looked at another hotel in the area again. There is no need. We are thankful for this place.

The staff was amazing and we received a free room upgrade since our single bed room would not be ready for another hour and a half. The room we were assigned to was a double queen bed. The room was very spacious, clean and tranquil. My husband and I enjoyed the free happy hour with a small popcorn and a nice view of the property. Even though we were right next to interstate 35, it felt as though we were miles away from the highway.
