Gefallen haben mir die verkehrsgünstige Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe im Bahnhofsviertel Frankfurt vom Savoy-Hotel. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Zimmers 120 war sauber und ganz okay für mich, obwohl die Möbel und das Bad mit der kleinen Wanne nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind, wie man an beschädigten Kanten und der alten Wassermischarmatur dort merken kann. Ein Gast ab 1,90m Größe wie ich hat dann natürlich Probleme beim Duschen oder Baden damit. Sehr positiv sind dagegen die engagierten, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter und das gute Frühstück im Frühstücksraum mit gutem Blick zum Hbf hinüber, wo man sich morgens gleich schnell eine aktuelle Zeitung gegenüber besorgen kann, das mag ich sehr. Auch eine Vielzahl von Imbissen und Restaurants sind dort in den Nebenstraßen sehr schnell verfügbar und erreichbar.

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, allerdings war das Badezimmer mit etwas Schimmel an den Ecken für mich ein Schreck. Die Duschbrause hat nicht funktioniert und zum befüllen der Badewanne war kein Stöpsel vorhanden. Frühstück etwas mager wenn man bedenkt es gibt in anderen Hotels in Frankfurt eine größere Auswahl für den gleichen Preis. Alles in allem war gut.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Banhofsnähe, Zimmer sind sehr gut. Abstriche musste ich beim Frühstück machen. Frühstück ist Sonnfags von 8 - 10 Uhr, ich war um 9 Uhr da und das Buffet war schon ziemlich "abgegrast" es wurde nur mjt mit mit ziemlicher Verzögerung nachgelegt,
