It's a great place if you're gonna stay a few days, the breakfast is great 👍 and the rooms too. Definitely I'd choose it again. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd strongly recommend go there through bus, if you take the S-Bahn there'll be a lot of stairs

The hotel is looking nice from the outside, but is "refurbished" and still old inside...Old floor carpet, terrible elevator etc. How can you make a wardrope in steel looking like a container, which makes a hell of a noise to open and close... They empty the garbage container at 5am in front of our room, how nice is this... We have tried a lot of hotels in Hamburg, but this is the wurst experience we ever had

Das Zimmer ist ok aber für 4 Sterne enttäuschend. Vor allem das Bad war nicht richtig sauber und von der Ausstattung veraltet und abgenutzt. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab. Andere Leute aus der Gruppe haben sogar ihr Zimmer gewechselt, weil es zu dreckig war. Sehr positiv war das Frühstück mit einer super Auswahl und einer guten Qualität der Produkte. Die Tiefgarage unbedingt meiden, da die Preise unverschämt hoch sind.
