Our experience was very pleasant. We stayed here for Monster Jam 2023 in Salt Lake City. I'd like to give the manager Donna a shout out. When we checked in, she let us know that the pool was temporarily out of order due to a pump malfunction. My son who was looking forward to going straight to the pool after a 6 hour drive was extremely disappointed. However, as we were getting our things put away in our room, Donna came running over from the other side of the building to let us know that she asked about the pool's status and was told that it was able to be reopened. Happy kids made for a happy dad. Thanks Donna!

Terrible night!

Our stay was on 7/3 and there were guests outside our window ( in the court yard) talking and laughing, havung a barking dog AND lightning up fire crackers into the wee hours of the night. We could not sleep! We walked over to the front desk to ask if they can rwmind the loud bunch that they are at the hotel surrounded with other people who are, surprise, surprise, trying to sleep at 2 am but the front deak was empty. Terrible night and the worst thing was not the loud guests, hotel cannot choose who is staying at their property but the lack of help when help was neede.

First of all we got here with 5 adults and the booking stated it slept 5. But is really only sleeps 4. Second you call for extra pillows because there is no pillows for everyone to have one. Front desk says none are clean. Third for 5 adults you get 1 washcloth. REALLY!! The floor looked like it has not been swept up for a while. Then the curtain in the bathroom doesn’t cover the tub. Water comes out and makes a river in the bathroom. Toliet runs until you jiggle the handle. The sink in the bathroom fills up and doesn’t drain. Also one bar of soap and not 2. So that bar of soap needed to be used for hands and your body. Remember 5 people need to use that one bar of SOAP!!

Sunday morning just before 9am both me and my sister heard a light tapping on the door and a man’s voice saying “housekeeping”. He tapped on the door again before we heard a key go in the door and the door opened. He wasn’t able to open the door all the way because I put the door latch over the door. My sister said she saw a man trying to look into the room but because of the door latch he couldn’t really see in. Then he closed the door and we didn’t hear anything after that. When I checked out I mentioned it to the front desk lady and she said housekeeping staff isn’t scheduled to be in until way later. I just want to say nothing like that has ever happened to me me at any hotel I’ve stayed at. After this I’m definitely going to be more aware of my surroundings.
