Counter in bathroom needed to be cleaned. Found one bug in bathroom checking clerk was good if needed to be a little more friendly property needed to be cleaned cigarette butts around property to keep floors throughout hallways unable to use hot tub or pull due to big group out there with loud music for hours.

The only positive feedback I’d give is the convenience of being able to do early check-in. Overall, the property was run down, the hot tub was green, the beds were uncomfortable & I didn’t get any sleep due to multiple people fighting/arguing directly outside of my room. I would not return back to this property.

Housekeeping staff was really nice. Our room key did not work the entire time (one week) we had to go to the front desk to have our key reactivated every night we came back from dinner. Front desk staff made it seem like we were doing something wrong. This was a big inconvience. When we asked to be moved they didnʻt have any same type rooms. Also, the night time activity there is not good. People always hanging out in the parking lot talking loud and arguing. Didnʻt feel safe at all. Need a grounds keeper need some TLC, the ground is sticky and dirty attracts flies and bugs. Will not stay there again.

We were invited to a party in this area so we booked this hotel because it was close in the area and we would not have to drink and drive since we live about an hour and a half away. Hotel looked nice from the outside but very sketchy people around the hotel, there was a camper van parked outside with homeless people in it. Loud conversations going on right outside our window, and I was afraid my car was going to get broken into with all the ruckus going on outside. We got fed up and left early at 5:30 AM, it was loud, uncomfortable and felt unsafe.

Loud bass music thumping ALL. NIGHT. LONG. starting at our 3pm check-in until 4am. It kept us from sleeping. And, every attempt I made to contact the front desk went unanswered, both text and calls. I had to walk in my pajamas to the front desk at 4:30 am and wake the guy up to beg him to stop the loud music.
