Not our first stay at Cally Palace. We like the area. The hotel is set back in private grounds but within easy reach of the A75. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a pool, hot tub and sauna which we made use of. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which we fully enjoyed. After a stay at Cally Palace we always enjoy our time and leave feeling relaxed. Looking forward to returning soon.

Very comfortable stay. Food is excellent however there are small changes to dining that let place down, menu with no menu inside! No longer silver service, paper napkins, breakfast buffet that looks tired - scrambled eggs that looked bit dried up. However it is a great place, great leisure facilities and great location.

Stayed at the hotel at the beginning of March. We found the Hotel to be a very Grand building with lots of amazing features. It was a little old fashioned but this added to the charm. We never used the pool facilities but it did look a good size and looked clean. Lots of reception rooms and a good sized bar area. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. The bedroom was very spacious with a massive bed, two wardrobes bedside cabinets, and a tv. A kettle was provided and a good quantity of Tea,Coffee and Biscuits. The bathroom was clean and a good size. It even had a spacious balcony with a view of the golf course and a stream running below. Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be back in such a peaceful relaxing setting.
