Nice stay in Fukuoka

Exactly what I seek for, an apartment for a week stay with small kitchen, laundry machine and all I need to fell at home. The check-in is easy, but as it was the first time, I fell unsecure till get the room door open. Subway station is few minute walk.

チェックインがわかりにくい。現地支払いにしましたが翌日わざわざスタッフが部屋まで来て行うスタイルだったので、カード払いにしておけば良かったです。周囲はコンビニもなく不便。店などもなく静かかと思いきや夜間も絶えず車の音がするような環境でした。部屋はキレイに清掃されていましたが、古いスポンジがキッチンに置かれていました。生活感が出ている部分がちょっと無理でした。値段は周辺ホテルに比べてだいぶ安かったので、寝るだけを目的にすれば気にならないと思います。

아쉬운점 장기 투숙인데도 수건을 매일 교체 하지 않고 세탁기가 고장난 상태였다 방음이 안되서 주변 도로 시설이 시끄러워서 잘때 조금 불편했다 그래도 그외에 불편한점은 없었다

チェックイン時にQRコードを読み取ってのチェックインをしなければならないのですが、とても難しかったです。部屋はお風呂トイレベットは綺麗でしたが、部屋自体が独特な匂いがしました。ケトル内がとても汚くお湯を沸かすことは諦めました。フライパンや食器、スポンジもありますが不安で使えませんでした。洗濯洗剤は固まった物が置いてありました。使っても追加料金はないです。 2泊利用しましたが、タオル交換の案内はなかったので用意されてるものを使い回すしかないようです。周りにあまり飲食店はありませんが、フードデリバリーは種類が多かったです。

基本無人なので手荷物を預けたり出来ません。室内も自宅にいる感じなので、室内着がありませんでした。シャワーもお湯が中々出ない、シャワーの出し方が難しい、浴室内に清掃漏れなのか髪の毛が残っていました。バスタオルも薬品の匂いなのか異臭がしたので、普通に使うのにも抵抗がありました。外が寒かったからというのもあるとは思いますが、室内がキンキンに冷えていたので、カーテンや扉をきちんと閉めないと部屋が寒すぎて寝るのも大変なレベルでした。人と会わずに自宅と変わらない感覚の旅行、部屋着やタオルなど全て持ち歩いている旅行をするにはおすすめしますが、ビジネスホテル等に泊まり慣れていて、荷物も必要最低限が良い人には向いていないと思いました。

仕事の関係で早朝に気兼ねなくチェックアウトしたく利用しました。ビジネスホテルと違って部屋は広いですが、ビル自体の築年数で室内が古く感じる。角部屋で窓が2カ所あったせいか、置いてあるTVもIPad(12.9)より少し大きい程度。ユニットバスは清掃しているのだろうが、擦り傷が黒く汚れが目立つ。自腹での宿泊でなければ２度と利用しない。

직원분이 한국말을 너무잘하셔서 좋았구요 응대 서비스도 최고입니다 숙소상태 전자렌지 세탁기 드라이등등 다갖춰져있어서 좋긴한데요 교통편이 진짜 애매합니다 버스도 딱한대 15번버스 언제올지모르겠구 버스 지나간걸 3박4일동안 못봤어요 지하철역도 한참 걸어야해서... 지금 일본 엄청더운데 걸어가기도 넘 걸리는거리라 너무아쉬웠어요 너무 덥다못해 열사병걸리기 딱좋은날씨라 비싸지만 택시타고다녔네요 우버택시로 콜하면 숙소앞으로 옵니다 어차피 광관지가 거의차로7~30분거리에 다있어서 택시비2만원안팍이라 그게 더 좋을듯 싶어요 첫날은 둘째날은 뭣모르고 걸어다녔다가 병났어요 진짜 한국보다 훨씬덥습니다 습하고 편의점은5~6분거리에 세븐있구요 바로옆24시간 라멘집있습니다 맛은있는데 자판기로 주문해야해서 파파고는 필수예요 자유여행인데 파파고로 모든대화 통했습니다 참숙소3분거리에 기무라병원과 약국도있어요 더운데 걸어다니다가 병이나서 병원까지다녀왔네요 ㅎㅎ

Overall, very dissatisfied, primarily due to not enough information about the hotel. A day or so before arriving, I received "self check-in instructions" by text. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator and very difficult for older people to climb stairs with heavy luggage. After many tries, the entry code did not work, but we were able to eventually enter because 2 guests were coming outside. Later, each time we tried to re-enter, we had difficulty with the entry code, (as did 2 other guests I met at the entry.) Instructions said to leave cash in the room for a city accommodation tax, because it was not included in the initial price. (No receipt.) Hotel is not traveller friendly!
