There was plenty of drink options that were so good. The room was clean. They restocked towels and blankets while we were gone and the air-conditioning was super cold, which was so nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When you arrive to the property and check in you will be charged the full room rate (after pre-paying) and then an additional $50 incidental charge which wont be returned for 5-10 business days. Front desk agent has a bad attitude when you ask why you are being charged after paying for room and looks down on people who use hotels.com
