This place was awesome once you get checked in. There is no front desk so you are virtually checking in which did not go off easy. Also the parking is $35 dollars a day 🤔. The apartment was very nice and quiet so due to that I forgot about the check in issues and paying for parking.

The apartment/hotel was not clean. The floors were sticky and when I used the bath mat towel after the shower, the bottom of the bathmat was black from dirt that had not been cleaned from the floor. There are also wine stains on the carpet in the bed room and white large white stains on the couch cushions. I felt disgusting and kept all of my clothing on.

Convenient location to east 6th restaurants and bars, Target and Whole Foods. Other areas close by and walkable, although you might encounter homeless people. furthest we ventured on Uber was the SoCo area for about $7. Received very lengthy check in instructions, but if you read carefully before you get there, it all makes sense once you get there. Pigeon poop around entrances that never got cleaned up during our 5 night stay. Elevator by room broke on last day. Note there is live music playing late into the night from nearby clubs, which didn’t really bother us but may bother light sleeper. Pool furniture worn and needs replacing. Sofa was uncomfortable, bed was very comfy. Super weak shower and shampoo and soap pumps not functioning smoothly. There was a in room washer and dryer, although when I emailed prior to arriving, I was told there was not. While property is Marriott/Sonder branded, it’s a condo building with residents with no front desk or signage outside. There were people sitting by elevators on my floor but wasn’t sure what they were there for. Also negative 5 stars for Hotel.com. Tried multiple times to get them to honor their price guarantee when I found lower price on their own website but every time was told they were not able to validate the lower price, despite me sending screenshots.

It did look nice. Storm in Austin knocked out power but door leaked and water soaked carpet and floor in the living room area . Couldn’t get humidity out of the room . Couldn’t get any help from staff. Room was getting a mold smell which I am allergic to so we had to check out and get another hotel . Had to get Expedia to get me a refund . Then someone from the staff showed up

I frequently stay in hosted apartments/condos with my family while visiting Austin. This was hands down my favorite. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The location was absolutely perfect. Numerous options for breakfast lunch or dinner within walking distance as well as retail and grocery. We will be booking again!!

Lovely apartment in a nice area & a super price

Lovely studio in a great regenerated area (felt safe and peaceful). Bargain price as would cost treble the amount with others. Apartment was super clean Crazy cheap value! Would have been good to have more details on parking in the area - but maybe I missed that?!? Would defo book again and would defo recommend to others. Thank you
