Okay but never again at this location

The check in was great. When we got to the room and started to wind down. The tv wasnt allowing us to watch anything, so we attempted to connect to our ps5. It wouldnt connect and wifi was not allowing us to connect. I had to use my hotspot so we could watch something. The bathroom did not have any soap or toilet paper. I requested extra towels later in the evening, but nothing came. Room service was available everyother day and if we needed it we had to request 24 hours in advance. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It would creak and it casued a lot of back pain and soreness. It was not great. The room ac unit had issues turning on. When it did turn on it would blow cold air for 5 minutes even the temp was set to 75. The room was so cold and the blankets were not thick enough to give warmth. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors both next door, upstairs, and downstairs. The elevators were sketchy as heck. They would grind and make loud noises and when you got to your floor it would stop and vibrate and after 10-20 seconds the it would jolt and then the doors would open. Breakfast was simple. Oatmeal was watery and runny. Juice was sour. Eggs were solid but a bit wet. The pancake machine was out. Coffee was hot and that made up for the bad oatmeal.

Thought it was brand new

We thought the hotel had only recently been built. It was in such good condition to find. It’s been there about seven years. The room was clean and comfortable. We got down to breakfast towards the end and found a few items were all out they did. Supply to us We Use this hotel Again

Excellent staff, fun environment and accommodating

The staff was incredible. Very friendly and attentive! Room is a little difficult for more than an over night stay with no dresser or closet available in the room but the rest was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and readily stocked, coffee wonderful and the lobby was fun and inviting. I’d recommend the stay for any 2-3 day stays for sure!

Staff is incredible, the facilities are very welcoming. The rooms lack dresser or cabinet space making longer than a day or two more cumbersome to manage. Breakfast is delicious and amenities are fun and inviting. My first room unfortunately had an unacceptable shower cleanliness but the staff accommodated a new room immediately and were very courteous and professional in accommodating an immediate switch. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Nice room and amenities in a ‘modern/style layout. Full breakfast. Helpful staff. Location is a bit isolated from food and shopping nut easy access not far off. Ample parking. Great internet.
