Bad TV or cable service. Lines in the TV. Coffee pot only worked when it wanted to. Microwave didn’t work at all, I didn’t even try the refrigerator. Very noisy with people banging on doors to get in.

You get what you pay for. This is the best value in Frankfort. If not for the price, I would not stay here. The room, even though it was "renovated," had issues. The only accessible power outlet that worked was by the sink. The door locks were not very responsive to the key cards. The toilet would barely flush, and the room was dark even with all the lights on. The entire place seems to be fairly well cleaned. The only issue I noticed with cleaning was that there were long dark hairs on the bath towels, which isn't pleasant.

Older dirty hotel. There were dead roaches on the floor by the bed where the electrical outlet is. They do wipe down the tops of the dresser and desk. If they used a clean cloth you wouldn't see the streaks from it.

The room was ok, you could tell that they have been remodeling but the bathroom needs a total upgrade. The furniture looked like something from the 1970's. The cable was fuzzy when I watched television.

We were shocked to see the disgusting facility when we arrived. The front door had to be unlocked for us which was a bad sign. I immediately told my husband that there was no way I was sleeping there. We left and expect a full refund.
