The hotel is a good location and also just in front of Subway station " Porte de Namur" it's easy to access different buses and shops.

Not the best hotel but quite ok. Could have been cleaner, showing signs of wear and tear. The elevator is not good, small and scary

Location was great, walkable from the central. Room was old and worn down. Stench of sweat and mold. Black mold on the curtains. Breakfast was bread and very little else.
Staff was nice, location use the reason you go here.

Iconic Hotel in Brussels that has been there for many years. You get a decent room in a very good location for the price you pay. Breakfast is also a plus. This has been my go-to hotel in Brussels for many years.

We had the business suite which was just ok. Not well designed and furniture and couches were not fit for a business suite.

The plus is the location but that is it. Photos shown on Expedia were probably taken in 1980 it’s that dated. Furniture in room was stained but worse is the window looks onto a wall this is not mentioned on the description it’s like stay long in a cell! On complaining we were told this was a good room so beware they have worse ones!

It is in the perfect location. It has a great breakfast included from 7-10 and to 11 on holidays…- The larger rooms have everything I needed - one less star because sometimes they forgot to add a soap or enough towels..:-)
The staff is attentive but not overbearing .

The gentleman at reception was very welcoming & helpful, hotel was clean, breakfast was great. Woukd suggest to move hot food to the other wndcrather then next to coffee machine as will definitely help with bottle neck queue at that end. Location was great close to bus stops, metro, shops, central brussels & all the touredt spots

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It is just across the road from a metro station, and is a short (15mins) walk to Grand Place and a couple of museums.
But the building itself is rather old, and the room and its fittings are rather dowdy and dingy. The breakfast area, in contrast, is bright and cheerful, and the food is wide-ranging and tasty.
