Wonderful spot, very central to everything, wonderful staff, only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool, it was very busy and should be cleaned every night or when not busy.

What a gem, very friendly staff, super clean, close to all needed facilities, nice pool, restaurant has basic food! And, fridge in unit had snacks, water, beer, no charge.

Good location, easy to reach local beaches and town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and booked us several taxis. Nice pool, rooms were clean, and impressive level of Christmas decorations. Restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Had the best margaritas and mojitos the whole trip made by 3 different bar tenders at different times. Must have a good instructor. Lol. Wished we could have enjoyed the amenities more but it was a short stay and had to see the town

Hotel Gran Juquila pros: 1. Very clean! 2. Great hotel maids 3. Very economically priced Cons: 1. Property is needs some updating 2. No elevators 3. Staff speak very little English 4. You are charged for everything 5. Before departing, they will check your room to ensure nothing was stolen… seriously

Not worth the price

Expensive for the room comfort and amenities provided. Bed sheets we sewn together to create a king sheet. Sheets were really low quality, abrasive, and uncomfortable. No basic amenities like tissues, hand towels, and security locks on doors. An expensive motel 6 with a nice swimming pool. The location is a long walk or taxi from most restaurants, etc. Seems to cater to large extended families on holiday who really enjoy the pool.

Desde q llegas la actitud del personal mal, te entregan la llave, te señalan donde es la habitación y nadie te ayuda con las maletas. No hay elevador tienes q subir por una rampa o escaleras, el aseo eran las 4 pm y no lo habían hecho. En la alberca dejan jugar con pelotas de día y noche por lo q no puedes nadar tranquilo, por la noche peor aún muchos adultos jugando con balón en equipos y haciendo un escándalo !! Horrible jamás volvería

Tuve una estancia de 7 noches con mi pareja y ambos quedamos encantados con todos los servicios y las instalaciones. Un hotel muy cómodo, no tiene elevador pero cuenta con rampa para subir o bajar las maletas en las escaleras. Tiene restaurante abierto de 8 am a 10 pm con buenos precios y una carta suficientemente amplia de desayunos, snacks, comidas y cenas. El personal es muy amable. En la playa Chahué no puede uno nadar, pero es muy bonita y queda caminando a unos cuantos minutos.

Excelente Ubicación. Me agrado mucho que tuviera un recibidor o salita a parte de la recamara refrigerador muy importante. Te lo rellenan de cervezas y refrescos de cortesía todos los dias. Fue una muy agradable sorpresa. Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar en este Hotel.
