The food was decent. The bar was bottom shelf. The room service was terrible. The customer service was nearly non existent. Housekeeping was pretty good. There was a very disturbing fire alarm at 4AM, and we weren't given compensation, an apology or even an explanation. The natural landscape is absolutely beautiful. Solely due to the horrendous customer service I will not return, nor recommend anyone to stay here.

The property was amazing, the views of the water from the Bungalow were breathtaking. Dream iMare made my birthday unforgettable from the room decoration, to the steak & lobster dinner on the beach. The massages we received while there were extraordinary. This resort is a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to come back. Our Butlers Shakiel, Sheny, and Gio were absolutely amazing and had wonderful hospitality.

This resort had really bad reviews and I dont understand it. It was a great stay. We stayed on the il mare side, but were also at the dreams side. The beds were comfortable, view amazing, property beautiful. Entertainment average. The buffet was not the greatest but no other complaints. Staff amazing. It sounds like there are more resturants than there is....there is 2 on the dreams side, one at ill mare if u stay there (those are the upgraded pods on the beach that are amazing), and one at zoetry if u stay at il mare u can use also.

The best thing about this property is not the man-made - the incredibly beautiful beach! The hotel itself doesn’t really match a 5-star standard. The food was also fairly basic and not tasty. And what is wrong with the interconnecting door in the room - you can hear your neighbors every breath and more…

A estrutura de lazer é muito boa. Piscina ótima, jacuzzi muito boa e praia linda e limpa, O Buffet de café da manhã tem bastante variedade e o atendimento foi bom! Yes the ocean was visible from our room. The room was clean. Bathroom shower drain plugged, ants in room. Pool clean. Service is ok. Pricey to stay on this side. I felt service could be better.
