The hotel is nice , dated but still nice . Unfortunately the cleanliness was awful. The first room was disgustingly filthy . The staff changed the room pretty fast. The new room was full of mildew in the bathroom , mirrors dirty and some sort of crumbs all over the floor . After the second room was a bust , I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and clean sheets. I’d never book there again .

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. It felt as though the cleaning was focused more on initial presentation rather than thoroughness. Additionally, the pool area was disappointing; there was debris floating in the water, which appeared unsanitary and discouraged us from swimming. On a positive note, we did enjoy the breakfast. Everything was great per usual. Every time I come to St. Louis, I stay here. S/O to Debbie who had a ton of stuff going on but yet when I had to go back downstairs for the 3rd time because my key card wasn’t working, she took the time to rectify the situation and got someone up there to help me immediately. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I will be back soon!
